Butler started filming The Stranger Within (a psychological thriller) in Mallorca, Spain, with Estella Ward as well as William Baldwin back in November 2011. She was part of the cast for Los Angeles of Treachery, with Michael Biehn. Filming began in Los Angeles on June 12, 2012. Butler was on screen in The Demented, a 2013 horror film starring Michael Welch, Kayla Ewell and Michael Welch.
